In 2012, CareerBuilder reported that 35% of the workforce is bullied at work. This workshop will provide insight into the phenomenon of workplace bullying and provide solutions to eliminate it. Attendees will:

- Obtain comprehensive knowledge of workplace bullying & the damage it causes
- Understand the symptoms of a bullying culture
- Learn how to successfully coach bullying employees in communication skills
- Practice developing a positive workplace mission statement & goals to achieve it
- Brainstorm an action plan for developing a positive workplace culture

The Chamber’s Small Business Awards Super Mixer is the do-not-miss event of the season.
