International Business Affairs

Our Work

Through its international work, the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce drives the development of global policies that boost the economy through efficient cross-border commerce and robust international business, political, and cultural relationships.

The Chamber supports the international needs of companies and organizations throughout the region. Chamber members benefit directly from this work and have the unique opportunity to participate in events, workshops, and lobbying trips, including the annual trade and advocacy mission to Mexico City.

Paola Avila, the Chamber’s Vice President of International Business Affairs, and Mayra Vazquez, the Chamber’s International Business Affairs Coordinator, manage the Chamber’s international efforts.
